We've gotten such a warm reception here -- I really am so glad I "rejoined" HT. What a warm caring bunch you are (and NICE too -- I haven't come across any snarky comments that can be all too common on so many forums). I really appreciate all the kind and understanding comments I've gotten about Maggie in what will undoubtedly be her last illness (we are figuring she has about a month left). I also appreciate your thoughtful comments elsewhere on the forum about adopting another rescue or buying an ethically bred Havanese. So many of my "dog friends" are judgmental: you can't buy a dog, you must adopt! (Even though we haven't decided yet).
