I keep on forgetting to introduce myself…So here it goes!!

Hi, my name is Megan!! I am a Junior Handler and homeschooled. I live in West Michigan with my family and four dogs (I have two dogs and my sister has two). I have Q, an 8 year old Jack Russell Terrier (My first dog) and Luigi, my 1 year old Havanese (He will be 2 on the 28^th). I got Luigi from Kathy Ambler (Ambler Havanese, in MI) at the end of December 2010 when he was 11 months old. I have completely fallen in love with him and the Havanese breed since then!! They are such sweet, happy, loveable dogs!! Luigi is SO good
with my little sister who is 2 years old, and my 10 year old brother who has special
needs.
I have been showing my Jack, Q, in 4-H for six years now and I started showing him in AKC Junior Showmanship and Rally in spring of 2010. Which we earned his Novice Rally title together!! I also started showing Luigi last year in 4-H along with ACK Conformation and Junior Showmanship. He is such a fun boy to show!! Luigi loves it, he is so happy to be in the ring!! Luigi has both his majors and is only six points away from his Championship!! He got both his majors while still with his breeder and one single point with me (Which was very exciting!!!)

Along with showing my dogs in 4-H I also show (Animal wise) rabbits, dairy cows, pigs, a feeder calf and did show poultry.

I also just wanted to say I am so glad I found this website!! It has been very helpful and fun to get to know other Havs and their owners!!

Hi again, Megan! I remember you talking about your story in another thread or two (can't remember which ones though!) so in a way, you're already an 'old' member around here! lol Thanks for the proper introduction though. We love hearing about HT members and what they love to do. You obviously have a passion for animals and I envy you all the fun things you do with them and for them. Good for you! I look forward to hearing more about how you do with Luigi in conformation as well as with Q in your other sports. Keep posting - oh, and don't forget pictures. We love pictures.
