I know many of you have worked with Sabine, So wanted to pass on that I just heard she had to put down her very loved and loving dog Quigley. It was very sudden, a fast moving cancer, and from what I understand she is still looking for answers.

Sandi told me about this Sunday. I am glad you posted this Missy. I thought of it a hundred times but just didn't. I read this through many tears for several reasons. One, it is a realization that we can try to do everything right but in spite of it all, we are all vulnerable.
Secondly, I know that exact fear she was describing when she talked about looking at his eye and knowing something was terribly wrong. I had the same experience...it was the beginning of the end.
